Job Description

Role & responsibilities



System Management:

Oversee all Google Sheets-based systems, ensuring functionality and data integrity.

Team Coordination:

Ensure all staff members are actively and accurately updating the sheets on time.

Technical Support:

Provide instant troubleshooting for any system errors and collaborate with our DME (developer) to resolve complex issues.

Reporting:

Create and distribute regular MIS reports and performance dashboards for the team.

Process Improvement:

Proactively provide input to fix existing systems and help develop new, more efficient processes.

Preferred candidate profile



Expert proficiency in Google Sheets is essential (including advanced formulas like QUERY, VLOOKUP, Array Formulas, pivot tables, and data validation). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills to train users and enforce processes. A proactive and self-starting attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
