We are seeking a Process Coordinator cum Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily operational tasks. The role involves overseeing process coordination, stock and raw material tracking, and managing day-to-day administrative and operational requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Managing Director in coordinating daily business operations.
Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials.
Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and prepare MIS reports.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle communication, scheduling, and follow-ups as required by management.
Support in general administrative and operational activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding of stock and material management.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Gender: Male/Female
Work Days: Monday to Sunday (Tuesday off, subject to workload)
