We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Process Coordinator
to join our dynamic team. As a process Coordinator at Genre of Design, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of office documents and ongoing projects and ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsible for managing, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of company documents. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that documents are kept up-to-date, easily accessible, and compliant with company standards or regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities can vary depending on the type of documentation you work with, but may include:
Preparing documents
Preparing commercial documents, certificates of origin, insurance certificates, and B/L drafts
Recordkeeping
Maintaining records and documentary reports, and ensuring secure document storage
Document management
Developing and maintaining a document management system, implementing version control policies, and categorizing documents for easy retrieval
Communication
Working with client coordinators on document queries, communicating with logistic agencies, and informing customers of tracking numbers
Coordination
Coordinating with supporting the project management team
Reporting
Preparing reports of the documents.
Required Candidate profile
- Must be a Female Candidate with any graduate degree (a degree in English is more preferable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience should be 0 to 4 years (freshers can apply).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Computer Applications.
