Next Wall, a leading architectural firm, is seeking a skilled Process Coordinator to streamline workflows, monitor project timelines, and enhance team communication. This is a position ideal for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the architecture or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Ensure efficient workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
3. Act as a liaison between design, construction, and management teams.
4. Monitor and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
5. Prepare reports on project progress and performance.
6. Assist in resource allocation and procurement of materials for projects.
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
o Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
o Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
o Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
