The Process Coordinator is mainly responsible for follow-ups for all the flowcharts, checklists, IMS, FMS, PMS, and other systems running in every business process.
The Process Coordinator coordinates all the steps of a system to ensure work is completed within a specific timeline. Their main task is to provide all relevant information to everyone involved in the workflow.
Additionally, the Process Coordinator should maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, and possess strong communication skills.

Regularly monitor and evaluate ongoing operations to identify and address issues or bottlenecks.

Anticipate and address potential issues, assisting in resolving day-to-day operational challenges.

She should be careful about all the details in the flowchart and thorough in completing work tasks.
