We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Process Coordinator
to manage and streamline day-to-day operations in our crane rental business. The role involves monitoring operational processes, ensuring compliance, maintaining records, and coordinating between departments to achieve smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Inventory Management
Maintain order management sheets (meter readings, log sheets, etc.)
Update and track stock inventory every 15 days
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure timely renewal and updating of insurance, PUC, RTO, and other compliance-related documents
Maintain repair and maintenance records (10th, 20th, 30th of every month)
Operational Coordination
Record and update vehicle details, timings, and movements (pre-job, post-job follow-ups)
Track GPS system logs for marching and fuel usage (3 times daily)
Work Order & Purchase Follow-ups
Follow up with clients for work order confirmation and updates
Compare supplier rates, prepare purchase requests, and process approvals
Support quotation updates with terms & conditions
Reporting & Communication
Share daily/weekly updates with management regarding operational status
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Engineering (preferred)
2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or equipment rental industry (crane rental experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping habits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
