Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated

Process Coordinator

to join our sweet line Outlet At Madhya Marg. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, monitoring quality standards, and coordinating with staff to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day production processes in the sweet line. Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained. Manage workflow between departments and resolve process issues. Monitor staff performance and provide necessary guidance. Maintain records of production, raw material usage, and output. Report to management regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in the food/sweets industry will be preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to handle a team and resolve on-ground issues. Local candidates preferred for easy availability.

Benefits:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
