Position: Process Coordinator
Reports to: Partner - Operations
Role Overview
The Process Coordinator will function as the control centre for all ongoing audit, tax, and compliance work in the firm.
Their responsibility is to monitor trackers, identify delays, and politely nudge the right team member to take action.
This role ensures smooth operations and zero bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Monitoring of Trackers
Review all lifecycle trackers (Audit Tracker, Tax Filing Tracker, Compliance Calendar, etc.).
Check which files are pending, overdue, or stuck.
Inform and follow up with the responsible team member.
Escalate repeated delays to the partner.
2. Identifying Process Gaps
Spot missing updates, incomplete entries, or wrong statuses in trackers.
Flag issues immediately and ensure corrections are made.
Maintain clean and accurate data across all sheets.
3. Coordination & Follow-ups
Coordinate between audit, tax, and operations teams to ensure tasks move stage-by-stage.
Polite but firm nudging to maintain timelines.
Track follow-ups and record updates.
4. Documentation Support
Ensure all templates, checklists, and notes are updated properly.
Maintain clear records of status updates and communications.
5. Reporting
Share a simple daily/weekly summary with the partner

Items stuck
Who needs to take action
Any process issues spotted
Required Skills
Basic Excel knowledge (filters, sort, simple formulas like SUM, COUNT, etc.). Good spoken & written English to communicate clearly. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and stay organised.
Comfortable doing follow-ups with team members.
No education specialization or prior experience is required -- training will be provided.
