A process coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials, information and other resources through a company's production or service processes. They ensure that all steps are completed in a timely manner and that no steps are missed.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and monitor day-to-day processes to ensure smooth workflow. Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure clarity and timely updates. Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation in an accurate and organized way. Identify gaps or delays in processes and escalate when required. Support management in implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance. Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and share status updates with management regularly.

. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Sheets. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
