JOB DESCRIPTION - Process Coordinator Position: Process Coordinator Department: Operations / Project Management Reporting To: Project Manager / CEO Location: Site + Office (Hybrid) Role Overview A Process Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth flow of work, maintaining communication between departments, tracking daily progress, updating reports, and making sure all processes are followed correctly as per company standards (SOPs). This role acts as the bridge between Site, Office, Purchase, Accounts, and Management. Key Responsibilities A. Daily Operations Coordination Track all project activities from start to end and update daily status. Coordinate between Design, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, and Site Team. Maintain Daily Task Sheet for each staff member and follow up until tasks are completed. Ensure every team member follows company SOPs and reporting formats.
