Monitor and analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
Ensure process compliance and adherence to established standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all business processes.
Train staff on new or updated processes and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Track performance metrics and generate process performance reports.
Resolve process-related issues by collaborating with stakeholders.
Support internal audits and compliance checks.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or business process management.
Familiarity with workflow tools, ERP systems, or project management software.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
