Job Description

Start-up and operation of the pilot plant Supervision in Installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing. Assisting the senior operations team in achieving the KPIs Coordinate the site regarding site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins. Preparation of Operating manuals and other documents associated with Plant Operation. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with all Safety regulations. Manage and plan workforce to implement installation, commisioning and working of Pilot plant trials. Always, drive all trials keeping HSE as top priority. Operate, monitor and troubleshoot the manufacturing process Good Root cause analysis and troubleshooting mindset in process operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering with 3 to 5 years of field experience Hands-on experience with start-ups and troubleshooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer etc. plants. Hands on experience in PLC/DCS operation is a must. Installation, commissioning, and operations experience Expected to work in shifts as per business needs.
