Key Responsibilities:
Coach and guide teams on process adherence and best practices
Monitor productivity, quality, and SLA performance
Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
Conduct regular audits, quality reviews, and root cause analysis
Support training, refresher sessions, and knowledge transfers
Work closely with Operations, Quality, and Training teams
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and regulatory standards
Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in
Healthcare Operations / Medical Coding / RCM
In-depth knowledge of process workflows and quality metrics
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in
Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, CIC)
or Quality
Six Sigma / Lean certification
Prior experience as
QA Lead, Team Lead, or Process Analyst
