About the Role
We are in search of a
Process Automation Intern
with a
strong inclination toward technology
, data-driven work, and continuous process enhancement. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions that minimise manual work, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will partner with leadership to research upcoming technologies, pilot automation workflows, and analyse their effects on overall business outcomes.
This position is best suited for candidates who excel at problem-solving, are eager to explore emerging technologies, and can convert ideas into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Explore new AI and automation tools and check how they can help improve different areas of the business.
Review existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and operational enhancement.
Help set up and test AI-powered processes in different departments.
Collect data and review it to see how well processes are working and where improvements are needed.
Develop well-structured reports, dashboards, and documentation to support ongoing project activities.
Maintain awareness of current trends and innovations in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
Requirements
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, especially advanced formulas, dashboards, and cleaning data.
Experience with AI tools and automation platforms such as n8n, webhooks, or API integrations.
Awareness of workflow automation or hands-on experience with Google Workspace scripts.
Excellent research abilities and problem-solving skills, combined with strong attention to detail.
Clear communication and solid documentation skills.
Must be available for hybrid work (4 days WFO and 2 days WFH) in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
