Conduct internal audits of store operations, billing, inventory, and documentation processes
Identify gaps and provide process improvement recommendations
Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable insights
Collaborate with departments to ensure proper implementation of process changes
Ensure loss prevention and accountability across all functions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or internal control
Knowledge of jewelry retail processes is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and documentation
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
