Job Overview

Hotel Vivek is seeking a meticulous and analytical Process Auditor to oversee operational compliance, monitor adherence to hotel SOPs, and drive continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting departmental audits, identifying gaps, and ensuring all hotel operations align with internal and external quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine audits across all hotel departments Ensure strict compliance with hotel SOPs and ISO 9001:2025 quality standards Identify process deviations, operational gaps, and areas for improvement Audit financial, inventory, and operational practices for accuracy and compliance Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings and recommended corrective actions Follow up with department heads to track the implementation of corrective measures Conduct compliance checks in procurement, cash handling, guest service, housekeeping, and food safety Support management in updating and refining standard operating procedures Maintain hotel readiness for external audits and quality certifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

ISO 9001:2025 certification (mandatory)

2-5 years of experience in auditing or hotel operations Strong understanding of hotel processes, SOPs, and quality standards Excellent analytical, observational, and reporting abilities High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Proficient in MS Excel and audit documentation
