- Process Associate/Specialist, Affirm Data

We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Specialist, Operations who are interested in Semi-voice Process with a rotational/night shift, for Bangalore location.

In this role, you will be responsible to exhibit innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation.

Responsibilities:-

Responding efficiently and accurately to clients, explaining possible solutions.
Ensuring clients queries are resolved in timely and appropriate manner.
Handling calls both outgoing & Inbound in regard to US Mortgage.
Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, if required.
Documenting all call information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Ensuring individual and department goals are achieved.
Following up on clients calls, where necessary.
Willing to work flexible and varying shifts throughout the year.

Skills required:-

Freshers with any graduate degree.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills and should be proficient in English language- both written and verbal.
Good Analytical skills.
Should have basic knowledge about customer support roles & responsibilities.
Knowledge of MS office (excel, word, outlook).
Should be willing to work in night shift & rotational weekend working.
