Role Overview
Selected candidates will join as
Insurance Process Associate,
starting with training on tools, industry knowledge, and processes. The role offers structured career progression and hands-on exposure to international insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities
New Business:
Process new insurance applications and quotations.
Renewals:
Handle policy renewals and prepare schedules.
Claims:
Assist in claim lodgment, documentation, and follow-up.
o Endorsements:
Manage policy updates and changes.
o Compliance & Audit:
Ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
o Client Support:
Provide timely updates and client query handling.
Skills Required
Strong fundamentals in communication,
logical thinking & data handling.
Knowledge of software tools such as
Zoho CRM, MS Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
Detail-oriented
