Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Insurance
In this role you must also be willing to work in flexible and varying shifts through the year. As a part of the team, you must react proactively, positively, patiently and effectively for seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving.

Policy setup, follow up and issuance by applying funds
Applying funds and activating the contract
Legal or Business Owned contracts
Policy holder admin services
Fund payout post claim adjudication
Following up with different carriers
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Graduation in any stream except BBA, MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Insurance operations experience for Individual Annuities /or life insurance is preferred
Insurance operations experience required
MS Excel Skills - Intermediate
MS Word- Intermediate
