Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Windows Server Administrator

Responsibilities

Installation & Configuration of Server OS.

Installing or upgrading Windows systems / servers.

Basic understanding of Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

Windows Server patch management (OS Security Updates).

Management of SUG & Patch deployments via SCCM.

Strong understanding of SCCM deployments in large environment (Large number of Servers).

Create, manage, and administer SCCM software packages and deployments.

Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues.

Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, software delivery, client health, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings.

Managing Physical Servers (Dell is must, HP/Cisco/IBM is optional).

Physical Server Maintenance (Dell Drivers & Firmware updates).

Management & maintenance of Virtual Server (VMware vSphere is must, Azure is secondary).

Deployment of various Security/backup /Storage tools.

Troubleshooting various system and server errors.

ITIL Management (Incident/Change/Task management).

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Windows OS: Win2012 R2/Win2016/Win2019/Win2022/Higher

Server Hardware: Dell, VMware vSphere

Deployment Tools \xe2\x80\x93 WSUS, SCCM, PowerShell

Backup/Storage Tools - Avamar

Ticketing Tools \xe2\x80\x93 ServiceNow
