dynamic and dedicated Process Executives

to join our

Kolkata office

. You'll play a key role in managing the company's

international hiring program

and delivering top-notch customer interaction experiences.

Role Overview:

As a

Process Executive (Voice Process)

, you will serve as the bridge between our U.S. operations and potential candidates. Your role involves handling recruitment-related communication, maintaining professionalism in every interaction, and ensuring seamless coordination across hiring stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound calls

to potential and shortlisted candidates for the hiring program. Manage

inbound calls

with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate

strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

during candidate interactions.

Post and manage job listings

on leading job boards and portals. Engage with candidates via

calls, chats, and emails

throughout various recruitment stages. Prepare and maintain

daily MIS reports

and update internal databases. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring objectives are met.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

international voice process (BPO/KPO)

. Prior exposure to

overseas or U.S.-based recruitment

is a strong advantage.

Excellent English communication skills

- both verbal and written - with a

neutral accent

. Ability to handle work pressure and meet deadlines efficiently. Proficient in

basic computer applications

(MS Office, email, job portals).
