We are hiring experienced International Voice Support Executives to handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, proper phone etiquette, and prior experience in international voice processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and assist customers through inbound/outbound calls.
Record and update call interactions accurately.
Follow processes, scripts, and quality guidelines.
Provide timely resolution and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English with neutral accent.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
Ability to work in team and meet performance targets.
Education:
Graduate (preferred).
