Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
To perform general bookkeeping duties
To support with sales and purchase ledger transactional processing and review
To process invoices, bills etc
Making payment for clients
Banking transaction posting and account reconciliations and Bank Reconciliations
To Prepare VAT returns
To process Payroll
To prepare statutory accounts under applicable reporting standards and tax returns
Accounts Payable / Receivable Management
Ad-hoc duties as required to support the clients
Qualifications, knowledge & experience
2-4-year experience in a similar job profile
Graduate in Commerce (B. Com or BBA)
Good skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP would be advantageous
Adaptable and flexible
Attention to detail.
Thinks beyond the square.
Ability to work well in a team
Proficient in accounting
Should be able to do multi-tasking & be flexible
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)

Ability to take direction, show initiative and work autonomously
Preference to Experience with Sage, XERO, Wave Accounting, FreshBooks, QBO, Zoho books, Kashflow, Clearbooks
