This is a full-time, on-site role for an Process Associate, located in Gurugram. As an integral team member, the Customer Service Representative will assist airline passengers by addressing inquiries, resolving travel concerns, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling ticketing, check-ins, and reservations, as well as maintaining real-time communication with passengers regarding flight details and services. Providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer journey will be the primary focus.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Proficiency in Customer Support and expertise as a Customer Service Representative
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
A positive, team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
Prior experience in the airline or travel industry is beneficial
