Key Responsibilities:
Perform
Title Search
on US properties using public records
Review and analyze
deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax records
Identify ownership history and any title defects or encumbrances
Accurately summarize findings as per client guidelines
Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT)
Follow
process instructions and compliance standards
Coordinate with team leads for clarifications and updates
