We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our
International Voice Process team
. The role involves handling
inbound/outbound calls
, providing excellent customer support, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Follow communication scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
Contribute to team performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Any graduate with Good Communication.
Experience:
0-2 years in international voice process / BPO / customer service.
Excellent communication skills
in English
(verbal & written).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in
night shifts.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and customer interaction.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in
US/UK/Australian
process.
Familiarity with CRM tools and call handling systems.
Neutral accent or good accent clarity.
