Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CCTV Process Executive to join our e-surveillance command centre. The role involves monitoring motion-based alerts, analyzing captured images/video with the support of AI systems, assessing situations quickly, and ensuring timely escalation or deterrence actions as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live alerts triggered from client CCTV systems through our AI-enabled platform. Analyze captured images and video clips to identify potential threats, SOP violations, or suspicious activities. Apply logical and situational judgment to differentiate between genuine threats and false alerts. Take timely action by: Issuing real-time deterrent warnings via IP speakers. Notifying on-ground security teams and guards. Escalating incidents to clients through WhatsApp, phone, or email as required. Document every incident with clear observations, actions taken, and escalation details. Coordinate with team members to ensure 24/7 uninterrupted surveillance operations. Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines strictly.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical ability and situational judgment. Quick decision-making under pressure. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Attention to detail with ability to notice subtle changes in surveillance feeds. Basic technical knowledge of CCTV/command centre operations preferred. Ability to work in shifts (24/7 rotational).

Qualifications

Any graduate (preferred background: Computer Science / Electronics / Criminology / Security Studies, but not mandatory). Prior experience in surveillance, control room, security monitoring, or similar fields is an advantage. Freshers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.
