We are hiring Process Associates - Title Search for US Mortgage operations. This role involves researching property records and legal documents to ensure clear property ownership as part of the US mortgage process. Freshers with good analytical skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Title Search on US properties using public records Review and analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax records Identify ownership history and any title defects or encumbrances Accurately summarize findings as per client guidelines Maintain quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) Follow process instructions and compliance standards Coordinate with team leads for clarifications and updates

Requirements:

Any Graduate (Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering) Freshers are welcome (US mortgage training will be provided) Basic knowledge of MS Office Good reading, analytical, and comprehension skills Willingness to work in US shifts
