Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound voice calls with customers across UK and AUS markets.
Provide accurate information, assistance, and support regarding services.
Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers.
Log customer interactions and follow up where necessary using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and
customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teamsto escalate and resolve complex issues.
Adhere to communication scripts, guidelines, and quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with product updates, policy changes, and international market
nuances.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
