Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate Recruitment
In this role you will be responsible for fulfilment of the open demands, which can be in volume for one client or multiple roles for varied clients. Handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection to offer and coordinate until onboarding. Manage the recruitment process for all the hires and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
xc2xb7 Manage Gateway Training Resources
xc2xb7 Conduct training and certification for new trainers
xc2xb7 Ensure on time hiring/backfilling of Trainers
xc2xb7 Update Learning Plan contents as needed
xc2xb7 Manage Training Delivery
xc2xb7 Ensure efficient planning and scheduling of Gateway Classes
xc2xb7 Manage performance in Gateway batch through class audits, Mid Assessment and Post Assessment Reviews
xc2xb7 Ensure maximum output in Training Conversion and Deployment Conversion
xc2xb7 Conduct All Trainer Tasks as needed
xc2xb7 Conduct Audit of Audits of Assessments to ensure Quality of Audit results
xc2xb7 Supervise and assist with all GTA Sourcing Tasks to ensure delivery of target number of classes per month with minimum 25 HC per class
xc2xb7 Relevant year degree in Education or Communications
Additional Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Conduct Training Sessions focusing on improving communication skills
xc2xb7 Conduct briefing sessions for Language Assessment Tool for external and internal candidates
xc2xb7 Assist Recruitment Leadership in presenting Language Evaluation Tools to clients and stakeholders
xc2xb7 Act as POC for Language Assessment Tool including liaising with support from Global Project Team
xc2xb7 Act SPOC for other Recruitment Assessment Tools including tool utilization, resolution of technical issues, user-education, and reporting requirements
xc2xb7 Support Talent Match Language Screening requirements for internals
xc2xb7 Manage all requests from Recruitment and Operations Leaders including requests for results, sending of links, Language assessment revalidation, language interview coaching, etc.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
xc2xb7 Relevant years experience as a Trainer in a BPO Company
xc2xb7 Relevant years experience in English Language Training for Adult Learners
xc2xb7 Relevant years supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
xc2xb7 Certificates in English Language Proficiency such as TOEFL, IELTS etc
