Job title: Process Associate - Record to Report

We provide a variety of competitive, innovative and reliable Record-to-Report services from maintaining financial records to financial closing and reporting.

We process, compile and deliver relevant financial information covering Accounting & Closing, Commercial, Tax and Master Data Services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers' current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

This is your role. What part will you play?

You are responsible for Custom duty process to independently and along with team members to perform the activities - (activities included exp: Manual process specific, recording the transactions and posting the entry in SAP, etc.)

You will work with internal treasury, external bank, systems team, and other Operational teams on a regular basis as needed

Knowledge in FEMA, Payments, Imports and Exports

You will be handling all internal and external inquiries accurately aligning with bank and BU divisions

Ensure daily task or activities are completed

Graduate/Postgraduate from Finance / Accounts background with minimum 1 years' experience in accounting experience in ERP systems like SAP/Spiridon.

Good verbal and written communication skills and analytical skills.

Experience in Payments & FEMA processes will be added advantage

Responsible to perform manual payment & Monitoring FEMA activities for Siemens Business Units

Good Accuracy on Manual Payment/ reporting's

Should be able to handle reporting activities

Should have exposure in coordinating with business clients

Coordinating with the division & providing end to end solution
