You'll make a difference by:

Managing inbound calls and web requests accurately and timely execution with highest standards of quality. Rigorous follow up and closure of pending queries/open topics with ownership. Complete reporting of activities handled on daily/weekly/monthly basis (as per requirements). Adherence to robust tracking mechanism on processed transactions daily. Flexible working in shifts and split weekly offs.

Your success is grounded in:

Good verbal and written communication in English and Verbal communication in Hindi. Graduate with minimum 1 Yr of experience.
