Assist the Institutional Sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, quotations, vendor registration forms, and contractual documents.
Manage and update client databases, CRM entries, and pipeline reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (finance, logistics, product, legal) for smooth execution of institutional orders.
Support sales managers in preparing presentations and sales reports.
Client Coordination
Act as a support point for institutional clients on documentation, requirements, and process-related queries.
Schedule client meetings, calls, and demos; ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain strong communication and support for existing institutional accounts.
Data, Reporting & Analysis
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Track KPIs such as leads, opportunities, closures, order values, and revenue realization.
Maintain accurate sales data and assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis.
