Job Title: Process Associate - Order Management

Location: Udaipur ( Night Shift)

Salary: ₹2.2-3.5 LPA (Flexible)Openings: 50+

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders efficiently.

Provide support to US/Canada clients through calls, emails, and order systems.

Handle order-related emails, data entry, and status updates.

Work on MS Excel and business tools for daily operational tasks.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of order management activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any stream.

Good English communication skills (written & spoken).

Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Ability to work in night shifts.

Quick learner, team player, and comfortable working under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
