About the Role

We're looking for a

Process Associate

to join our team at Datastraw. You'll work directly under the

Operations Manager

and get hands-on experience in managing processes end-to-end -- from client-side coordination to employee-side execution. This is a role that blends

process ownership, reporting, client management, and teamwork

, making it a great step forward for anyone looking to grow in operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track client processes end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery. Prepare and maintain process reports, dashboards, and client updates. Step in to handle customer support tasks whenever agents are unavailable. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to align on goals and outcomes. Ensure process quality, efficiency, and timely execution. Act as a link between clients and employees to keep workflows seamless.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of professional work experience

(operations/customer support preferred). Prior

customer support experience

is essential. Strong communication skills and comfort in client-facing roles. Ability to adapt, step in, and take ownership when required. Team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Willingness to work

6 days a week, 4 days in-office (Ghatkopar West, Mumbai).
