Problem Resolution:
Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
Information Sharing:
Provide accurate details about flight schedules, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements.
Service Excellence:
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service (preferably in airlines or aviation) is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to handle challenging situations.
Shift Timing & Week Off:
Domestic
: 8 AM - 5 PM & 5 PM - 2 AM (Drop facility available).
CTC - 15k per month
International
: Rotational night shifts (Pick & Drop facility available).
CTC - up to 25k per month
