Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, organized and trustworthy individual to coordinate and manage client services and/or personnel. You'll help streamline operations, monitor performance, and support day-to-day activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. Relevant Experience in Dispatch/Logistics would be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage service or personnel movements Follow established processes for Dispatch and Operations Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and drive improvements Handle multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality Ensure all information and data is handled with care and confidentiality Identify issues early and provide effective solutions Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication in English Relevant Experience in Dispatch/Logistics would be an added advantage Must be comfortable and professional on phone calls Able to follow rules, guidelines, and instructions precisely Audio/Video must remain active at all times during the shift Active listening skills and attention to detail Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (or similar tools) Capable of thinking creatively to solve problems Data analysis skills are a big plus Experience working with international clients (preferred) Follow established processes for Dispatch and Operations Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and drive improvements Handle multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing quality Ensure all information and data is handled with care and confidentiality Identify issues early and provide effective solutions Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
