Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our growing team at Rologics InfoLabs Pvt Ltd (previously Asar Technologies), a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations by efficiently managing tasks and processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the overall success of client projects. This is a non-technical role suitable for individuals with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management: Handle day-to-day tasks related to client processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of activities. Follow established procedures and workflows to meet performance metrics. Data Entry & Processing: accurately enter and manage data in the company's systems. Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Customer Service Support: Respond to internal and external queries, providing timely and accurate information. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work completed and process documentation, and generate reports as needed. Ensure that all documentation is updated and compliant with company policies. Quality Assurance: Review processes for adherence to quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with client expectations and organizational goals.

Process Improvement: Assist in identifying process gaps and contribute to the development of best practices, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

Compliance: Ensure that all tasks are performed in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in BSC, BTech, MCA, any discipline, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
