: Process Associate - Legal Tech Firm

Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to support our legal tech platform and internal teams.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and analyze data using Excel, including spreadsheets, basic formulas, and reporting.
Provide customer support for platform users, including troubleshooting and guiding them on best practices.
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and process notes.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to highlight user feedback and product improvement opportunities.
Assist legal, compliance, and operational teams with research, data entry, and workflow coordination.
Help with onboarding new clients, including training sessions and setup support.
Ensure tasks are completed with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy, including Excel, cloud tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office), and general tech comfort.
Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to technology updates.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
A customer-centric approach with patience and professionalism.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Law, Business, IT, or related fields preferred, but not mandatory).
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
Knowledge of legal processes, documents, or compliance workflows.
Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or workflow automation platforms.
Basic data analysis or reporting skills.
Previous experience in customer success, legal operations, or administrative roles.
