Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate- Onboarding Spoc, PFSS As an Onboarding spoc lead in corporate vertical of Genpact, you&rsquoll be responsible for end-to-end onboarding of employees. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that&rsquos why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities . End to end onboarding of employees on their first day at the company. Need to ensure smooth candidate experience. . Prepare joining documents and other pre-requisites for onboarding candidates. . Collaborate with other team members and cross functional teams to close joining formalities on the system. . Directly interaction with the employees and need to demonstrate strong people skills. . Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, and policies. Qualifications we seek in you! . Minimum qualification - Graduation (MBA preferred) Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .
