We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Process Associate
for our
Non-Voice Record Retrieval process
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently retrieving, managing, and updating records while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards. Strong written English communication skills are essential, as most communication will be via email, chat, or internal tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve, verify, and maintain records from various sources accurately and timely.
Ensure proper documentation of all retrieved records.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for record-related queries.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance while handling sensitive information.
Update records in the system and perform data quality checks regularly.
Respond to email and chat communications professionally and promptly.
Identify and escalate discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong written English communication skills; good command over grammar and clarity.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a non-voice process.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Proactive, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency.
Previous experience in record retrieval, data entry, or non-voice processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
