Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate- HRSS Exit Management
In this role, you will be responsible to leading Process employee exits, Handling employees’ queries with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral, Email writing & communication skills.
- Expertise in working closely with Stakeholders to define problems and design data visualization solutions.
- Ability to learn very quickly and identify improvement opportunities – high energy and self-starting individual.
Minimum qualifications
- Graduation from a Recognized University (Commerce graduate preferred)
- Strong oral and written communications skills for effective discussions with leadership & functional stakeholders across regions.
