Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing principles, Arrears and Contributions (inc Reconciliation), Tax calculations, arrears handling & Treasury and PRC
Quality and compliance orientation with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems; ability to produce MI reports.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Experience with UK DB pension payroll and HMRC regulations.
Familiarity with pension administration platforms and finance systems.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline. (Finance & Commerce is preferred).
3-4 years of experience in payroll processing or back-office operations (pensions preferred)
