Job Description

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage back-office operations and associated non-voice processes.*
Manage and address clinician inquiries within designated patient groups.*
Maintain communication with clinicians regarding patient-related updates.*
Coordinate with clinicians to arrange additional disciplines required for patients.*
Ensure timely execution of prescribed patient lab tests by informing and reminding clinicians.*
Follow up with clinicians to confirm visits as per schedule.*
Organize clinician visit schedules based on the prescribed frequency.*
Obtain necessary clinician visit authorizations from relevant authorities.*
Initiate discussions with clinicians whenever necessary.*
Promptly report escalations to Team Leads in real-time.*
Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.*
Utilize analytical skills for database management and time-sensitive tasks.*
Possess excellent English communication skills for effective coordination.*
Maintain quality and standards in all non-medical processes.*
Show accountability and adaptability to perform night shifts from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.*

Requirements:

MBA graduates*
Freshers and experienced may apply*
Excellent English communication skills and efficient responsive behavior.*
Strong analytical and database management skills.*
Willing to work night shift from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.*
