The Process Associate is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This role ensures data integrity and supports business operations by providing timely and accurate information processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal systems, databases, or spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and correct data entry errors before submission.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation according to company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate required information.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Generate routine reports or summaries as required.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client data.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or similar roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with data management systems.
Key Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed (minimum 35-45 WPM preferred).
Time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Office-based.
Standard working hours.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹225,000.00 per year
