Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient

Process Associate

to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of experience

in process management or back-office operations, with strong skills in

data entry, MS Excel, and MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely

data entry

, verification, and processing of information. Prepare and maintain

reports, spreadsheets, and documentation

using MS Excel and MS Word. Assist in

day-to-day business operations

and workflow management. Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams. Maintain

confidentiality and accuracy

in handling company and client information. Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet

deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or a related field (preferred). Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Process Associate, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in

MS Office tools
