Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Banking We are looking for a Candidate with Operations pro who would be responsible for verifying and analyzing complex information on mortgage loan applications, provide tactical & strategic observations and insights on Lending and sound understanding of and proven experience in taking care of Australian Financial Institutions. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for . Leading all aspects of and finalizing process execution/documentation at their level. . Supervise and Ensure timely execution of tasks in Lending area in Retail Banking which are critical and complex in nature . Audits data transactions and takes/makes client calls. . Shares knowledge and best practices . Adhering to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.) . Assist the Leaders with closing changes in documentation with the Business . Identifies problem through audits or Client feedback . May assist the Leaders in a multi shift environment as a single point of contact . Regular communication/governance calls with client Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications . Any graduate (B. Com preferable) . Proven experience in banking operations Preferred qualifications . Prior-experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry . Excellent Interpersonal skills. . Experience in managing a banking process . Excellent analytical skills, MIS understanding, have a good knowledge of PowerPoint presentations .
