KRA \xe2\x88\x99 Make outbound sales calls and emails to generate fresh clientele. \xe2\x88\x99 Promote continued dialogue and the development of relationships with current customers, responding to their questions and concerns with the highest professionalism. \xe2\x88\x99 In the specified platform or document management system, maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions. \xe2\x88\x99 Assist customers with document collecting and submission as their main point of contact during the loan request procedure. \xe2\x88\x99 Prior to submittal, carefully evaluate the borrower\'s accompanying papers to make sure everything is accurate and complete. \xe2\x88\x99 Obtain and carefully examine loan documents, order to make sure that all essential information is presented in compliance with industry norms.
