SUMMARY
The team member's primary responsibility is to perform tasks associated with a specific team such as IRD, chargeback, Activation, BridgePay, ClickPay but could include other teams within Payments. The basic duties of a process associate is to manage the flow of a process and optimize day-to-day activities. The role involves tasks like performing tasks which require detail-oriented people with the ability to look at the bigger picture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assist in day-to-day Operations tasks, such as: Processing check 21 adjustments, Activations, bank changes, exceptions, audits
Build on the process knowledge continuously and scale up to handle at least more than 2+ tasks apart from Primary Task
Responsible for resolving problems of low complexity
Report daily, weekly and monthly to management as needed. * Report customer issues to Supervisor for entry into tracking system
