Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer calls and provide exceptional support.
Assist customers with queries, issue resolution, and service-related concerns.
Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
Follow communication guidelines and process compliance.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year
experience in
International Voice Process
(Healthcare background preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English -- Versant Level C1 is required.
Graduate or Undergraduate -- both are eligible.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
and
rotational week offs
.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
